1. Booking terms
The customer gives his credit card number as security. The booking amount is deducted in full when creating the reservation.
2. Cancellation policy
For a reservation guaranteed by credit card, cancellation without penalty up to 48 h before the arrival date. Passed 48 h the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. In case of no-show, the first night will be the minimum charge. To cancel a reservation, please use the following address :
www.logishotels.com – modify a reservation. Your cancellation will be valid after you receive an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation. As mentioned by law 78-17 dated January 6th july 1978 you have the right to access, to modify and to oppose to the data concerning yourself.
In fact that the institution does not practice telephone canvassing, it reminded you of your right to register on the list of opposition to telephone canvassing on the site www.bloctel.fr
3. Consumer mediation
After having referred the matter to the service (after-sales, after travel…) and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website: www.mtv.travel
